Happy Summer! We will be having a special Yoga Potluck for July with a movie screening after. The movie, "Y" Yoga, is a documentary about yoga by local yogi Arthur Klein. It is a grassroots screening which fits well with our grassroots Yoga Potluck community. The movie screening is free, if you would like to make a donation, it will pay forward the rent at the church for future Yoga Potlucks.

For those of you who love the food (who doesn't) there will be time to take the class and get plates of food before the movie starts. I am always amazed by the delicious food offerings at the potluck, everyone brings their yummiest, healthiest and best to share with the group. In yoga and ayurveda, it is important to eat food that is made with love, because you digest that too.
